Full of terrific ideas. Must-have reading for anyone who works at a desk and realizes they could use more balance in their life.

Thin in volume and content. This book offers some very basic stretches for office workers, a few comments on ergonomics, and not much else. Most disappointing was its failure to compose any kind of yoga practice out of the individual stretching exercises.
