I have been doing the detox,dieting whatever you want to call it from the book called THE BURN -by Hayley Pomroy. 3 different types a 3 day, 5 or 10 day . You eat a lot but loss weight and detox because you eat healthy. I have been battling pain , many issues for decades and I felt better especially doing the ten day burn- had some more energy too. On the 10 day one, liver detox- and I wanted to do that since I took many meds. for pain etc. I now trying to avoid wheat as a result to see if that triggers some things. I also lost weight as a result☺.

Ask your doctor about detox also, make sure no problems.
