I feel well for the first time (no exaggeration, I've always had a problem) and intend to maintain this because feeling well feels so good. All blood test results in normal to excellent ranges, and pain from osteo-arthritis is 0-1 on a scale of 1-10. Dr. Bernsteon's low-carb plan (6-12-12) works for me.
