Many of the deserts were great, with nice pictures and easy-to-understand cooking instructions. However, most were strange deserts and more than likely would not be easy to make, nor considered "deserts."
The book does have enough content to help one make diabetic deserts, however, its definately not the best. Sugar-Free cake mixes seems to be the main ingrediants for many, with others being over-the-top chef type deserts, unlikely to be useful for the average consumer.
