This is a very nice cookbook from a restaurant owner up in BC., Canada. I would never part with it if I didn't feel desparate to clear shelves. Come get it. (PS: Only flaw in book -- I did write on one page..some notes to self about recipe. I love to get books with notes in them, but many people don't, I suppose. So be warned.)
