VERY informative. Gives a different perspective on how you think about 'dieting'.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON YET ANOTHER FLY-BY-NIGHT FAT CURE!

This book is a waste of paper. It uses all its pages to basically lay out one tiny bit of "wisdom" that overweight people already know:

Naturally thin people don't eat when they're hungry.

NO KIDDING!

So there you have it. There's a lot of "tell me how you feel about this" places to write in the book, which is just filler. All this book advises is that if you're thin, you just don't eat when you're not hungry.

That's it.

We already know that, and it's an insult to me that this author would make his living selling a book that ONLY says that. Every other word is filler, and his wisdom is something we all already know.

He tells us to go do something unfinished intead of eating. He does not tell us that overweight people have a hard time guaging true hunger. He does not tell us HOW to guage true hunger. He pretty much ends his book on that note, after working up the reader into writer's cramps from filling out lots of blank space in the book.

A lot of hooey.

Choose another book. This one is junk.
