I'm a fan of time travel and this one fills the bill. The good guys have a post at a beach way back when, thus the dinosaur name. As usual, there is a competing group, trying to change time to where artificial intellegence rules. The characters are fleshed out, pretty well. It has some serious twists that do keep you guessing. I liked it well enough to look for a sequel.
