I've always fed my family correctly and I've been pretty active. Unfortunately my kids and husband make some terrible food choices and absolutely refuse to move! So I've brought my treadmill into the livingroom where everyone can SEE it and I've got everyone eating nutritious low calorie meals (incredibly delicious!) from the Discovery Channel National Body Challenege. I've logged all their weights and really started pushing them to improve their health-- my 9-yr old weighs more than I do! If they meet their goals in the 8 weeks,I am hopeful I can convince them to keep it up.
