I order swimsuit but i never receive the book

Firstly, what is the status of this book transaction showing? To find this, click on the "My Account" tab. Does "Swimsuit" show up under "Books I Have Requested"  or " Enroute to Me"? If so, click on the details tab, and find out what date it was mailed. Media mail is slow, and you do need to be patient. PBS allows up to 4 weeks for the book to arrive - when it gets close to this date, you will start to receive emails reminding you to mark the book mailed if it has been received. If it is not received and marked received by the preset date the book will be considered lost in the mail, and you credit will be returned. But, that is very uncommon.

Why not check the current status and dates, and come back here and post that information, then you can be given more specific advice.
