This has now become the third book in my lifetime which I cannot (will not) finish. How anyone could have chosen such a miserable, depressing and morbid bunch of poems about dogs is difficult to imagine. I really tried to stick with it but a third of the way through, I asked myself why. This is the first time I have ever written a book review. So unless you are feeling really down and want to stay that way, don't bother.
