What is dogeared?

Does claiming a book is dogeared make it postable?

What if their are corners missing due to the dogearing?  Is that considered a torn page?

A dogear is when people fold down the corner of the page to hold their place instead of using a bookmark.

I dislike dogeared pages, but they are still postable.  The dogear does make the place the page is bent more susceptible to tearing later, though.

A dogear is when you bend the corner of a page down to mark your spot when you are reading.

Dogears are 100% postable.

If part of the page is missing I'd say it was torn.

Going with the dog ear = postable

Torn off dog ear = tear = unpostable

I'm agreeing, dogears are postable per PBS guidelines.  Corners torn or missing would be unpostable.
