We leave paperbacks in the waiting rooms at our local hospital (ICU, L&D, ER, etc) and I'm willing to take some of those over-represented books off your hands....... but only if you can give me a 6 for 1 deal.  (Yes, I know that's a lot, but I'm giving these away to a good cause!)

So, if you've got six Grisham's or Dan Brown's (they are definitely the leaders in the Top 50 Posted!)or any other book that's been hanging around your shelf for too long,  in any combination, I'll take them off your hands...... Just the first person to post here please, and only paperbacks!

Hey Terri,

Check out my shelf; you may have 6 paperbacks for 1.  I have a few Grishams, Cornwell, Dan Brown.  It's for a great cause!

Just send me a PM.

Thanks Vicky!

I'm going to order  Angels and Demons........ and I'll take your two Grishams, and I just placed the Koontz books on my RL and there are hundreds of them!  So I can donate some books to the hospital and also take some of these books out of the PBS system!  Here's the list:

The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town

A Painted House

Dark Rivers of the Heart

One Door Away from Heaven

The Husband

Thanks so much!!

P.S. I'm not into Bookcrossing, but I can tell you that if I were, hospitals would be a great place to "release" books.  I volunteer once a week in the ICU waiting room, and people really LOVE being able to pick up a free book instead of stale magazines.  We put stickers on the donated paperbacks that say "Free - Enjoy Reading!" and people are so grateful.  So there's a helpful hint for Bookcrossers - take your books to hospital waiting rooms!

Great, Terri!  You are more than welcome.

I will try and get to the PO tomorrow.  I was planning on going Tuesday, but I just saw the weather report.  They're saying 5-10 inches Monday night through Tuesday afternoon, so...

I've spent way too much time in hospital waiting rooms.  I'm all for free books!
