My Dad is still struggling with his diabetes/sugar level.  His doctor is telling him he really needs to watch his carbs.  Does anyone have a carbohydrate book that is a good educational tool?  He probably will only read 1 or 2 books so I want them to be very beneficial to him.  I am not looking for a cookbook either (Mom is not the cook, trust me) but an awesome book to learn from.

PM or post here is fine.

Thanks!

I have one on my bookshelf, I was going to keep it but decided to post it. I also have a few other diet books as well. I am running a 2 for 1 + unpostable or 3 for 1 kids books + unpostable. Look for my sale on the Book Bazaar. Let me know if you are interested.

I have two on my shelf that helped me tremendously when I started low carbing. Whether you are trying to decide what plan to choose or just want to learn about low carbing in general and why and how it works, these were great reference tools.
