I must say I was absolutely flabbergasted that Philadelphia traded him.  He is one of those players like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady, who you think will always be with the same teams.  Of course there is Brett Favre, but still - McNabb a Redskin?  Looks like the 'skins are ramping up seriously this year.  Should be fun to watch.  Love Mike Shannahan as the coach there.  Andy Reid vs Mike Shannahan - good stuff!

Like, who would you want to be your quarterback when you wanted to win a big one, or any one. McNabb or Jason Campbell?  Philadelphia's management  has pretty well jettisoned the whole team. Bad year to be an Eagle fan, unless you want to know what it feels like to root for the Indians.

I think they made a mistake, but they're probably thinking he's been there long enough with less than desirable results so it was time. I'm getting kinda tired of the suspense to see him make it big and stay big.

I kind of feel bad for Campbell.  So many times, after taking some serious hard hits, he'd amazingly get up & keep playing.  You can't help but admire someone who is that tough.  I could never tell if he was a bad qb, or a qb without enough protection or star receivers.  Now with McNabb in his place, it's going to be interesting to see what happens.
