I was expecting something alone the lines of typical personality types and how they relate to a diet plan. This was actually talking about an "eating personality" such as "Mindless Muncher", "Nighttime Nibbler", "Can't Say-No Pleaser", "Set-Routine Repeater".
Not necessarily a bad book, just not what I expected. I didn't have access to the back cover which might have explained in better.
To be fair...I have not read the entire book and it might have some good info once I have a chance to dig into it.
