The world is in shambles from a great catastrophe, and people from all over are being drawn to a faraway land for some unknown purpose by an unknown force. A young woman amongst this group finds herself the sole survivor when disaster strikes and must harness the power within herself to save herself...and her world. A great read...it starts out like you're in the middle of the story...which may mean there was a series before this. But you'll find yourself along for the ride pretty quickly. It's great fantasy and original. You don't see that much, anymore.
