Heyer is best known for her romances, but she wrote several very good mysteries too. This is one of them.

This was my first none-Regency book of hers, and I found it delightfull! Not having read her in a while, it did take a bit of time to get back into her style. You will find it rich in character study and her trade mark humor is present too. Very enjoyable read.
