Have you ever heard of any one buying a brand new hard back book, and because she doesn't like dust jackets she throws them away, and sends the book out with out letting you know there is no dust jacket ? Any one with a brain knows the book is more valuable with the jacket. Can't fix stupid, Kell L.

People can do whatever they want with books they buy. If someone wants to toss dust covers, that is his or her choice. Dust covers are not required to post a book on this site so if a member wants the dust cover he or she needs a requestor condition. It sounds like you might want to make a requestor condition if the dust cover is important to you when reading a book.
