I just printed a paypal postage label for a frsit class mail package, and was charged a 20c e-dc fee. I had thought that e-dc was now free for online postage on first class packages. Am I mistaken?

I thought so too Mistie, but my PO says no.  Don't remember where I got that impression either.

Ummm... I don't think that's right. In fact, I'm looking at some books slated to go out tomorrow. I have one that is 4 ounces and going First Class. Unlike the others, all of which are Media Mail, there's no indication that 20¢ needs to be added.

According to DMM Notice 123 - Price List, it *is* free for First Class. Here's a link (you'll need to scroll just a little bit down to the section on USPS TRACKING/Delivery Confirmation): http://pe.usps.gov/text/dmm300/Notice123.htm#1613376

@Mistie: I would send a complaint to PayPal tech support... I think that they owe you 20¢
