I want to post more books to the bookshelf, and am wondering if I post another 10 books all at once can I get the two bonus credits, or is that only for first time signups?  Jeff

That's only for the first 10 books you post, to get you started. After that, you'll have to send books others request from you and then you get your credit when they receive the book and mark it as such. Of course, the more books you list, the better the chance that someone will request one from you!

Jeffrey - how many people do you know?  Would they be interested in joining PBS?  there is within the PBS Help Documents ways you can get a sanctioned signature line for any and all of your regular emails - they do have to say they joined because they heard about PBS from you.  But I think if you use the link thatPBS provides for your email sig line - you automatically get the credit.  You can also make some printed cards for it.  Be aware that it takes more members to join to get the credits - more than just one.  Not sure how many - have to look that up.

Then - there are ways to optimize your bookshelf's exosure.  You've already don't one - made a public profile.  You can put a banner (header) on your bookshelf page with info about the books you have or any deals you are willing to make - or say you are open to deal offers.  Put offers and info in your PM signature lines and then hang out a little on the forums.  Members on the forums definitely check out other people's booksshelves.  Go to the genre (the ones you like to read) forums and post about stuff.  Hang out on the Club Member's Thoughts forum. We always love it when the male members post.  Write some reviews - just one at a time ( like only one per ) day because it will show up on the Home Page for as long as it takes for someone else to write a review.  So far I've only been able to have a review stay up for about 10 min. - but I'm almost certain that most of the members here are night owls like me!  So maybe doing one about 6 AM or 8AM (ET) would be a good choice for a review to hit and stick for a while.

I don't know if there are any men who do the Games - but that might be an avenue.  And there's always the Book Bazaar for deal making.  I make deals that include an unpostable with the order of a credit order.  I also have done 3 books for 2 credits and 5 books for 3 credits.  It's all however you want to do it.  You don't have to run the deal very long - deals get attention, though!!

I'm sure there are other ways to get orders and credits - but do put on whatever books you can.  Non-fiction books are good.  Pick up some unwanted books from friends and/or relatives.  Lots of different genres help draw in more people.

Hope some of this helps you out.
