3 family favorites:

*1 can ocean spray cranberry sauce mixed with a 12oz jar of Heinz chili sauce, pour over cocktail meatballs in the crockpot - sooo easy and yummy!

*2 small jars cocktail sauce w/ shrimp (chop the shrimp up), mix with a softened 8oz pkg cream cheese, add a little hot sauce to spice it up.  Makes a great dip for crackers.

*Cook cheese tortolini according to pkg.   Coarsely dice a red bell pepper. Do the same with a mozzarella cheese ball. Skewer one piece of each with a kalamata olive on the end. Drizzle liberally with a flavored, dipping olive oil.  Drain a bit, transfer to a festive platter.

Happy New Year everyone,

Trish

happy new year to you; I will have to try yours; mine is quite simple & great if you like onions; if not leave them out!

using sandwich sliced meat: turkey, ham, etc: simply spread some cream cheese: (let it soften out of refrig for an hour or so) so it "spreads" like butter does; and wrap it around a green onion; so simple, & easy! tastes super yummy;

I am thinking if you don't like onions, you could easily substitute either dill or sweet pickles; even if you have nothing inside; it is yummy. This was always an office favorite; now it's my neighbor's favorite!
