This book has some great recipes in it and they are very good and easy on the pregnant stomach. Very well put together.

An excellent resource on eating healthfully before, during, and after pregnancy. Answers many questions expectant parents may have. How to handle morning sickness. How much weight to gain. How to avoid food contaminants. Whether to ditch the caffeine. Also has many delicious and easy-to-prepare recipes, including many vegetarian recipes.
