My Mother just had a stroke and my brother bought her this book. My parents are very into eating already-prepared food - not the most healthiest foods in the world.

But this book...even my mother (who obvisouly doesn't like to cook) is excited by it. Not only do they have full COLOR photos of EVERY recipe, but they also show a color photo of the groceries needed to prepare it! This helps when there is an ingredient you aren't familiar with; which would usually cause you to avoid the recipe.

Most ingredients you already have at home; nothing weird in it. And they don't always use the "low-fat" version of some of the ingredients, which I thought was cool!

My brother's family of 7 uses this cookbook for all their main meals. So you know the groceries can't be too expensive!

I am buying this book too, for myself and my family. It's just too good not to have my own copy!!
