Has this happened to anyone else?  Last night I got an email that 5 of my wishlist books at ebookfling were available.  As you can imagine, I was surprised and skeptical since only one of my wishlist books has come up so far.

I went to my WL and sure enough the books had the borrow button and said "lending enabled".  One by one I clicked on them and one by one I got an error message that the publisher had disabled lending.

I emailed ebookfling just to let them know that there was some sort of glitch.  Today all the books say "Lending Disabled".

It was kind of bizarre and a little disappointing! LOL

What gets me is they put ebooks on the site that are NOT lendable!!!  They did an Update to the site yesterday was down for a few hours!  So maybe that has something to do with it.

I think you're right.  I came in around midnight and they were doing server maintenance.

I think the reason unlendables are there is because they are probably working from a general database.  I don't mind so much because I hope someday the WL books I've listed will become lendable.  But, I was frustrated to see so many books come up and not one of them actually was lendable.
