This book is beautifully illustrated mainly because the main charater is an Emu which is a very unique looking bird. The Emu visits neighboring animals in the zoo to compare living arrangements. This book was easy to relate to because we love visiting the zoo. The book captures the charater of the animals. For example, tigers taking their afternoon nap in the shade.
