Slightly over simplified, but still a decent read with good meditation exercises. I did find some contradictory information regarding gems and herbs listed for the elements, as well as the seasonal match-ups...but who is to say which of the books was actually correct? I always recommend reading any pagan/occult book with a good dose of skepticism, and this is not different. Most of the info is geared towards the newer to the scene crowd, though any practitioner could find something worth while.
