The Elevator Author:Angela Hunt In the path of a devastating hurricane, three very different women find themselves trapped in the elevator of a high rise office building. All three conceal shattering secrets--unaware that their secrets center on the same man.
Although this story is good --Angela Hunt is always good, I don't think it had the edge some of her other novels have had such as the debt. I thought the story was a little too predictable and I guessed the conclusion long before the books final page. Sigh I guess my favorite Hunt book aside from Heavenly Daze is still The Debt.
Although this book is editor deprived in regard to hurricanes, Gulf Coast geography, and bridges crossing Tampa Bay, it is still a page turner. The story line is quite unique and very enjoyable reading.
