I read on another forum that she passed away. I'm not familiar with this author but looks like she's written tons of historical romance over a few decades.

OMgosh.  That's unfortunate.  I hadn't heard that she was ill.  Usually RT keeps fairly updated with that type of info. 

She started in straight historicals which I loved.  Lately she'd been writing more historical/mystery type stuff which isn't my thing. 

On a purely selfish, shallow note-it's another reinforcer about just what the heck am I going to be reading in a decade?  As I've gotten older, so of course of those authors which I read. Sorry if that sounds harsh-but it's the truth!

In any case, if you like Regency historicals-try her.  I liked them a great deal.
