Ingredients
  • 2 lbs - ground beef
  • 1 med - onion chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves - garlic minced
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 8 oz - can tomato sauce
  • 1 4 oz pkg - saltine crackers crushed
Directions

shape into loaf and bake at 350 for 45 mins.pour over a mixture of 2 8oz toamto sauce and 1/2 cup ketchup.bake an additional 15 mins.
