Walls all around you, being trapped by your innerself. Protection vital to you also bounds you. No emotion is good emotion, not always so. Being boxed up isn't always right. Felling is a part of life. But not always the part you want to experience. Pain can be a good thing. It's a human thing. What is exsitance without emotion? Emptiness, loneliness, deception. To break down the walls is a feeling of justice, of survival, of being strong and being free. Learn to take chances. Remember life is to be lived through not led through. Open your eyes and let emotion shine.
