I'm trying this out. I bought it sight-unseen. Yah, it was a gamble for $19.95 and free shipping. Well, the first set of coupons I can use is 15$ worth of Safeway discounts. And a bunch of free Auntie Anne's pretzels. So far so good.

Anyone else use this book? Love it? Hate it?

I also use this book ALL THE TIME.  My husband and I go out for dinner regularly and it's a good way to try new places that we might not normally try.  In addition, there are all kinds of discounts at Radio Shack, Fashion Bug, Travel, etc.  I buy at least 3 every year.  I have to say though, that last year's book was awful!

I use the book all the time, too! You really can save a lot. For example, I use the movie coupons to get movie tickets for only $6.50 (much better than the $9 or $10. You can also get discounted ski lift tickets here in CO. :)

I had bought one for the past 5-7 years. Last year's was terrible. Many of the places were in a bad part of town, and many others were out of business. It was the first year I didn't get my money back out of it within the first few usages. I'm skipping it this year.

I've hesitated getting this because the last time I flipped through one it ws mostly buy 1 get 1 free meals and I'm single and usually eat alone when I go out to eat..and frequent the same few places usually.

I almost always eat out alone Susanna. I've used these B1G1F coupons at several places and just have them box up one meal to go.

I love the Entertainment books. I just bought one for this year and next year. Free shipping :). It's good because the coupons that are in there are where my boyfriend and I go all the time. It's amazing. My mom uses my book also.

I am getting ready to travel to the Seattle area and wondered if anyone was interested in swapping some of the coupons from the Entertainment books for those I might have if you also travel.

Can anyone telll me anything about this year's book plse?

Also looking for coupons in the B.C. area of Canada.

I live in the Denver area so would be glad to swap for some of the coupons here. You could also use these to send to friends/relatives in the various areas where they live as a bonus to their day.

We just received one for the first time today and it will definitely save us $$$. There are a lot of Buy 1 Get 1 Free for restaurant meals and admission to museums plus discounted movie tickets and some freebies. Our book covers a wide area so I clipped a bunch of coupons for my folks for places that would be a little far for us but ones that they frequent.

I buy mine from a local school either a HS office(fundraiser and cheaper) for them. It is only like $25 or so. Some schools also have hockey books to for sale like buy one get ones etc... but they went from $10 to $20 this year so we passed this year? I also have used www.localshoppingspree.com this for a couple years they normally to a buy one get one it pays for itself.

Also if you wait long enough you get get another Entertainment book in the summer when the book has a few months left on it for like $10.

Hope this tips help.

I've used these books many times, and sold them for fundraisers. The best cupon in ours is a buy one/ get one admission to the local Ren. Fest. That cupon alone pays for over half of the book.

I am also in love with something we have here called the Blue Sky Guide. It is like the Entertainment book but geared more towards Environmentally friendly stores and resturants.

I bought my first book this year and it was for a fundraiser and it was only for $20.  They have so many coupons that  it's way over my money's worth and I've given away so many coupons already because most people will use them before I will. Also, this book had alot of coupons for fast food and I'm trying to stay away but it's always good to have.
