Hi all, I have been a member for quite some time but this is my first visit to these discussion boards.

My Question is this...Can anyone recommend a good book on Essential Oils?  Especially the dangers of misuse?

Thanks

I found the following helpful when I was more into EO's.

1.   "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy," by Valerie Ann Worwood

2.  "The Complete Illustrated Guide to Aromatherapy: A Practical Approach to the Use of Essential Oils for Health and Well-Being"  by Julia Lawless

3.  "375 Essential Oils" by Jeanne Rose

4.  "The Essential Oils Book"  by  Colleen K. Dodt

I think that the first book referred to (The Complete Book of Essential Oils by V Worwood) is very good and is often used as a reference for other essential oil books.
