Contains forty-one recipes for chicken, rated on a scale from easy to very easy to extremely easy. From Thai Chicken soup to Poached Chicken with Brandy and Cream. This is an American 2004 version (originally published in Bath, England in 2002). Some ingredients are listed both in the metric and pound system. I liked the Sage and Onion Drumsticks and some others! But most of the recipes are made for four servings, which is more food than I normally prepare anymore.
