Very good book. I enjoy all her stories about the Biblical characters. She really knows how to write in a way that keeps really close to biblical account but still in an entertaining way.

The author of 12 best-selling biblical novels uses her gift of storytelling to bring you the stories of Esther and Joseph as you've never heard them before.

"Esther" is a moving testament to God's love and loyalty. Esther, an orphaned, God-fearing Israeli girl, does not seek greatness. But her charm and beauty so captivates the king that he decides to marry her. ENver in her wildest dreams did Esther think she would sit beside the monarch of the Persian Empire as his wife.

But her sweet loveliness sweeps her into sudden, unsought greatness. Little did Esther know God's mighty plan-a plan that would not be revealed until she was threatened with death. She was on of His elect, chosen to deliver thousands of her fellow Jews and become one of the bravest heroines of all time. Only in life's darkest hour did Esther realize God had a higher purpose for her life.

"Joseph" offers powerful examples of God at work in the lives of His followers. To his family, Joseph looks like a real dreamer - he boasts of dreams of power and glory. As a young boy, Joseph hears God speak to his heart, convincing him of a wonderous plan. But as the years pass, loneliness and rejection are Joseph's constant companions. But still, Joseph trusts that his dreams come from God. Sold into slavery by his jealous brothers and wrongly accused of loving another man's wife, can Joseph hold onto his dreams?
