I've started reading the Plum series and really enjoy the stories. Are the other books similar to the Plum series? Are all of her books mysteries? Which ones are the funny ones? I like the wicked, sarcastic humor... |

I would say the Plum books kind of stand out on their own. I loved the Full series too and there is also wit and sarcasm but not as much and there is more romance in the Full series. The little books that she wrote when she first started, that are being rereleased, are cute, funny romances as well. All of her books that I have read, which are basically all of them have been funny. |

I'm loving the Plum series too. Reading book #10 right now. I'll read a few then take a break with some of the other stuff in my TBR pile. |

I loved the Plum series and read straight through them. I liked them so much that I got a couple of other books by Janet Evanovich but I was sorely disappointed. I tried, I really tried. I read Full Blast, Full Scoop and Love Overboard, I didn't really like any of them. So, when it comes to Janet Evanovich, I will just wait for another in the Stephanie Plum series. The next one, Fearless Fourteen, is due out June 17, according to her website. Happy Easter, Marla Maye |

I actually liked the Full series before the Plum series grew on me..but they're more romance than the Plum series. I think Full Speed is the one with the televangelist.parts of that were funny. The first book, Full House, is the only book really that has the main couple from that book in it. The main male character in the other books in the series is a kid/teen in Full House and his sister and bil are introduced in that one then the series continues with Max? as the 'star' along with a woman. this woman's aunt is funny-ish similar to grandma mazur...anyways, I liked them but they're more romance I think. |
