Beautifully written. The author Eva Schloss tells her story of life for her family and herself during the Holocaust. Eva was captured on her fifteenth birthday and from that day forard was never the same again. She tells of the humiliation and hardship it took for her to survive. I found this a very interesting book. Of course there are many books on the Holocaust but each personal story is different and each survivor deserves to tell their story. I found Eva's story heart breaking and praise her for being a young woman of such strength and wisdom and faith. This book is listed for young adult. It really should be listed for young adult and up. It's absolutely worth the time to read.
