This is an excellent book. It shows the long reaching effects of a personal tragedy on a family. You see the way that this tragedy effects mother, father and brother. If you get the chance to read this book, do it.

This book was so well written that I believed the events happening in it were happening to me. A very sad, touching story. It was hard to put down!
What if your 9 year old son accidentally shot your 23 month old daughter? What if your husband is not your son's father? How would the dynamics of your blended family change? Very good novel.
I am only posting this book because I found a hardcover copy at the used book store. I loved this book! It deals with a very difficult subject matter in a realistic and gut-wrenching way. Highly recommend!!
