I just finished this book and the end confused me, Tall Dark and Cajun?  Can someone sum this one up for me?

I luved that book when I read it but that was awhile back, I also luved her book "The Devil Wears Prada". What did you not understand about the ending? Maybe if I know I could explain it lol.

I read the book and I also read Devil Wears Prada. I did not like either of them. I thought they were really boring and I have put the author on my "do not read list". I wish I could help you with the ending but thankfully I forgot the specifics of the book. Hopefully someone can help you. Good luck

I just finished it last night. Bette had a thing for trashy romance novels, remember? Her birthday cake had the cover of Tall, Dark, and Cajun airbrushed onto it.

I liked it overall, but I thought The Devil Wears Prada was a much better book.

I listened to that one, and Devil Wears Prada as audiobooks.  I liked DWP much better, as did the person who loaned me the books.

I agree that the devil wears prada was way better...although this book had its moments, I think what made devil so great was the insight into the fashion world. When shes not clefing Anna Wintour, her books just arent as good.

I borrowed DWP from a freind who said the book was about both our lives. I'm so glad I didn't spend anything but time on that thing. I think this is one of the few times a movie was actually better than the book. Because I actually enjoyed the film, I thought I'd give Weisenberg another chance and bought EWK -- she might have grown as a writer, after all. But no. She's just not a good writer...it's almost insulting that she got published. Can you tell I'm bitter? It's because I actually spent money on EWK!

Currently reading: Northanger Abbey (Ahhh... grandmama of chick lit genre.)

Just finished: Cause Celeb -- by "finished" I mean that I'm done with the book, though not the reading of it. Does anybody think Fielding will be able to top or equal her Bridget Jones?
