I have to admit I did not read the entire book. What I did read was very funny. The author has included little stories that preface each recipe. These are not all cooking recipes; there is a spot remove recipe included; you get paper mache, finger paint and play doh; Champagne punch and Sizzlin' Nissen (read it - yum!)You get cookies and cakes - all with the wonderful and funny lead ins! Anyone with an ex-boyfriend (and that includes quite a number of us) should get a kick out of this. And some great recipes, too.
