I haven't checked it out yet, but looks like it might be helpful...I'm HORRIBLE at exercising!

Sarah;

I have used this from time to time. A lot of the shows are short, not the full video.  But it lets you try new things to see if you like them.  Then you can buy the actual video.  I've also rented the videos I've tried from Net flix.  I'll do them a few weeks and then send them back.  It gives you some variety so you don't get bored.  Good luck.

I started watching, just watching the fit tv shows about three years ago. Took a year to get off the couch. In private. With the door closed.

temptation led to sin and now we will never be without the on demand version of that channel.

We have a pretty expensive cable package (hockey husband) so we have exercise tv or fit tv on demand. I love this one because we can pick what we want and use it when we want, like at 11:30 at night. This is important because my son is a teenager. while he'll do the gym with me to lift weights or get on the elliptical, sometimes we pick up a program and do it just to fill in for a day or spend a little extra time on abs.

it's amazing how far we've come in two years.

We've yet to buy any of the programs. We just do them as them rotate them on the program.

And for me, having the pause and reverse buttons is very important when it comes to the coreographed cardio programs. I need a second look. And a third and sometimes a fourth......

My friend sent me the link the other night, we both started dieting this week, lol. There are some full size shows on there, some 40 minute shows, 20 minutes, 10 minutes, and then there is the short little 2-4 minute shows that just show you one or 2 excersises that I like. They also have some on Hulu, some Excersise TV stuff.
