Classic Norton. This is a sequel to Moon Singer. Krip Vorlund is a Free Trader, friend of a Moon Singer, who is currently stuck in the body of an animal (but retains human intelligence.) Krip is under some suspicion from his ship's crew since he isn't in HIS original body, either. His moon singer friend transferred him into another body when his original one was dying. Neither person is what they seem, and neither is really trusted by those who used to be their 'families.' Can they forge new alliances or will they each walk alone from now on?
