Hi! I searched the forum and did not see a post on this. I checked my wishlist options to allow for expandable wishlist. I don'
t really understand how this works from the explanation given in what's new.  How do you know if there are other formats available? Where does it show you? I am assuming I have none, since they are not shoowing, but I want to make sure. Thanks in advance

Here is the link to the help docs.  I think they explain it better than I can.

Actually, I read it and did not find it helpful. I was hoping to have some further explanation that would be helpful. Thanks anyway.

From what I understand when you look at your wishlist if there are other versions of the book you will see a grey button on the right hand side along with the Buy from Amazon, tag and note buttons.  You need to have that you want to see other versions of the book.  On top of your wishlist on the right hand side you will see an options button.  Click that and mark that you want to see other versions of the books on your wishlist.

You see this when you ADD books to your WL.

OR, if you have a book on your WL, and it does have other formats that ARE NOT currently on your WL ... then there will be an "Expand" button on the right side of that book.

You have to turn on this option with the "Options" button, else you won't see anythign different from what you have now.

Thanks or the replies. I did turn it on. I just didn';t know what to look for. It is not explained well and there is no screen shot in the what's new.

"Apparently, it took a while to turn on."

It helps to refresh the page with the Browser button. It shows up immediately then as one's computer cache is updated.

Same exact thing happened to me.  I had to come here and ask too.  I read the help doc, and, some threads on  the subject, did what I was supposed to do, and............nothing!!!  I thought, wow, I am efficient!!  I have managed to find every alternate version of every book on my WL, and wish it, how brilliant of me!!!!  LOL

Then, a couple days later, I go to my WL, and Voila!!!!   It's a brand new WL, all the extra "expand WL" buttons are there, and I promise, I did not just miss them before, there was far too many of them to miss.  Ha ha.

So, I am not efficient, and, just wait, I'll bet you see a change soon.  I don't know why I experienced a delay, but I did.

When you guys are saying you turned the feature on, are you talking about the Options button at the top right hand side of the wishlist page?  Mine is still set to off, and my "expand" buttons were there from the first day of the change.  I took the Options choice to mean to show you the additional versions at the time that you add a book to your wishlist.
