Anyone else having a problem?

Specifically, I am trying to access: I am getting the message "electronic postage cannot be used for this address".  What does this mean?

Nothing at all happens when I click or mouse-over this section.  Obviously, I am having a problem with PBS postage printing, and I can't remember what they say to do when this happens.  Having recently posted about it costing so much in time, $$, and aggravation to go to the PO, I really want to avoid that and print out the postage for this bulk order.

Any ideas?

This comes up sometimes.  Usually if you log out for a while and come back you can print the postage.  It's an Endica glitch.  Not sure about what to tell you about the FAQS thing.

I'm having the problem now and I HAVE to use the dang feature..not only did I just put money in the account to cover the postage but I said I'd mail by tomorrow and this is the way I planned on mailing. irritating...

Ellen, thank you.  That is the very page that wouldn't work for me.  All the links were dead, so to speak.  But after a few tries, yours suddenly worked and I got the info, which is just what Mary said.

ETA:  It worked.  Postage printed, but dang!  I forgot to change it to tomorrow's date.  I hate this date thing.

Its possibly a glitch caused by resetting the postal rates (the increase hit yesterday)  Ive sent in feedback for a live help question I got about this. When I hear back I'll post in here as well.

well, I just kept going back and clicking to the postage selection and hitting print over and over and over..I figure I wasted at least an hour jacking with this. I had 3 to print out and it was a nightmare. then after printing I find out someone cancelled and another person accepted and it was someone I had already printed the postage for..so instead of saving postate I'm mailing 2 packages to the same person..if I'd known I couldn't told her to cancel one and I'd send it free but I've already printed the darn labels with the postage.

I hate that I put more money in pbs money because with this much hassle what's the point? ok, tired tired tired today and this didn't help my mood any!

I'm sorry it is being such a hassle for you.  Maybe it will smooth out soon. 

I've had very little trouble with it, once I learned to check the book weight and the mailing date.  (BTW if you do print too little postage, you can add stamps for the rest.)

well I finally got them printed. just seems sometimes that nothing goes my way you know?! :-) poor poor me...
