I posted the following response to this offer on 3/17/09.  SInce then, this offer has been repeated 4 more times.

Pam, Just an FYI, since Against Medical Advice is currently Wishlisted, this is against Book Bazaar rules (Red sticky thread at the top of the page), which states:

(6) No trying to jump the Wish List "line" by offering postable Wish Listed books.  Postable Wish Listed books should be posted and swapped "officially". 

Sheryl, when I contacted TPTB about this recently their first reaction was that it was not allowed. When told that the Tour Guides are telling people it was OK, they said that offering WL books as free incentives is a grey area and would talk to the Tour Guides. Since nothing has changed in the rules about offering them as free, they do not seem interested in doing anything in this area. Even though the rules say no offering, it seems that anything goes in the freebie offered.
