You currently have a FREE Delivery Confirmation trial availabe! Select our delivery confirmation service for this request and try it on us!

I saw this on my mailing page but when I select "Print Postage and Delivery Confirmation directly onto the book wrapper. (Fee: $0.43*) " It DOES NOT give me an option for free DC? Whats up?

The option applies to Delivery Confirmation only, not Postage and Delivery Confirmation.

Cick on the middle option that says something like Print Delivery Confirmation only.  You will still need to pay an extra 19 cents at the Post Office.  I did it last week and it worked well - very nice to get that credit right away. I think I got the credit the day after I mailed the package.

Lisa, if you're already a PBS DC and/or Printable Postage user, the free trial doesn't apply.  It is only for those who haven't tried it before.

Lisa, if you saw the message on the screen telling you that you had a free trial left, and if you chose the middle option for printing (not the top one), then you should contact the PBS Team.

Its my understanding that someone who has only used Printable Postage and never used the PBS-DC only option still got the free trials.  They just have to use PBS-DC only to get the free DCs instead of using full Printable Postage.

I just tried it on a book I have going out and it still charged me .27.  I've never used DC only - only printable postage or just the wrapper.

Did you get the message on your mailing page that you had a free one available Jenna? If not, then your account must be showing you had used PBS-DC at least once in the past. If you are absolutely certain you never used it, you could try contacting the site and ask them. I have seen more than one person who uses PBS Postage that got the free trials.

No, I never got the message.  I have used Custom DC, so maybe that makes me not eligible.  I'll stick to using Printable Postage anyway as it is more convienent for my schedule.
