I wouldn't use them. It's a Pirate site, and many authors have found their books there, given away free and without permission. The few I looked at are actually for sale at some of the known, legitimate places.

Besides the fact that the books they may be giving out are stolen, or Pirated, you can't trust them not to infect your machines in some way. I wouldn't trust any of their files.

There are other, legitimate sites to get books from, so be careful where you download yours from.
