I am trying to find fairy tale parody books/or just fairy tale books with rhymed texted (Example books like : Waking Beauty by Leah Wilcox)
Does anyone have a list ofbook  titles like these that i can be looking for Thanks!

I don't know what age level you're looking for, but have you looked at Revolting Rhymes by Roald Dahl?  It's listed as being for ages 4-8, but Roald Dahl's work has so many layers that it can be studied at all ages.
