She said this in her speech at the Republican National Convention on July 21, 2016. Whether President-elect Trump is indeed ?color blind and gender neutral? is perhaps debatable, but employers can expect that beginning in 2017 they will be hearing the words "color-blind and gender neutral" more and more.
