Hopefully someone may have some ideas. I would like to start some kind of family Bible study with my dh and kids. I have no idea how to start. Is there anyone who has done this? Suggestions? |

How old are your kids? What is the goal of your Bible study (i.e., just a general familiarity with Scripture in general, or a particular theme/idea to develop and learn)? |

We use the books Sticky Situations and Sticky Situations 2 for my boys who are 7 and 2. It gives a life situation then gives options as to what the child should do. It also has the bible verses to read to help the child figure it out. I believe though, that these are based on elementary aged children. We also use those situations/verse readings to help us remember other pieces of the bible and how it all fits in.

In my chidhood my Dad led devotions every day.We all took turns reading passages in the Bible.I believe that we started out with Genesis and worked in order all the way when we started.Eventually Dad subscribed to the J.Vernon McGee program which basically mapped out daily Bible studies.
