This was recommended to me by a psych counselor and I think it really helped me. I would give it a try if you have any doubts about your parenting skills. This helps you see how your actions are formed by your parents actions and how to make your actions more likable to you.

Enjoy! 4 Stars!!

I really enjoyed the balanced, Christian approach to these concepts.
Parenting is never easy, and we do tend to parent based on how we were raised. We often go to extremes though: Either exactly the same as we were raised, or the precise opposite - regardless of which is "right" and frequently without doing what we'd like to do instead.
